Brim — Eat more on the days you move
Brim is a personal food and calorie tracker whose daily budget flexes with your activity. Work out, and your budget refills — automatically. The more you move, the more room you have to eat.
Most trackers punish you with a fixed number. Brim does the opposite: it reads your activity from Apple Health and Health Connect and adds the calories you burn back into your day.
What you get
- Scan & log fast. Point at a barcode and it's logged in a couple of taps. Wrong macros in the database? Fix them once, and Brim remembers.
- Syncs with your health app. Reads your activity from Apple Health and Health Connect, and writes your meals back. Your budget updates on its own.
- Streaks & friends. Build a logging streak, then add friends for a little motivation. You decide exactly what each friend can see.

Sharing is off by default, and you choose each category — streaks, calorie goals, current state, workouts — one at a time. Brim never shows your individual meals to anyone else, and connects to Apple Health and Health Connect only with your explicit permission.
